Special Mix Sabzi Recipe



INGREDIENTS:
 maithi - 1 kilo
 aaloo - aadha kilo chopped
 gajar - aadha kilo chopped in cubes
 matar - 1 pao
 pyaas - 2 medium chopped
 oil = 4 or 5 tablespoon
 green mirchein - 3
 laal mirchein - half teaspoon
 haldi - half teaspoon
 lehson - 5 or 6 pieces chopped
 adrak - 1 inch chopped

 INSTRUCTION:
 sub se pehle patili main oil garam kareinge pyaas add kareinge isko golden brown karleiinge phir usme lehson,adrak,laal mirch,namak,haldi or pani add karainge is masale ko bhuneinge thori dhair tak isme green mirchein add karainge phir isko dhanp dainge 5 minutes tak phir isme maithi add kareinge 5 minutes tak bhuneinge jb maithi thori gaal jaye to matar add kareinge isko phir dhanp dainge jb tak matar thore gaal nhi jate 10 ya 15 minutes bad usme gajar ko add kardeinge phir thora chamach chalainge bhunge or dubara danph dainge jb gajar gaal jaingi aakhir m aallo ko add kardainge phr usko dhanp dainge thori thori dair main check karte rahainge jb sub gaal jayega to flame band kardeinge or isko roti aur achar k sath serve karainge....
