INGREDIENTS:
milk - 1 litre
carrot - 1 kg chopped
sugar - 1/2 cup
rice - 1 cup grand
cardamom powder - 4 or 5
almond - chopped
INSTRUCTION:
boil a milk in a heavy base pot when it start boiling add carrot cook for 5 to 7 minutes.after that add rice and cook and stir spoon continously.when milk become thick add sugar and cook for 5 minutes.now sparkle the cardamon and serve it in a bowl.garnish with almond and serve cold.....
