Easy Green Chilli Mutton Keema recipe

INGREDIENT:
keema - 1 kg
 ginger - 1 tablespoon chopped
 garlic - 1 tablespoon chopped
red chilli - 5 (not powder)
 green chilli - 10 to 15 chopped
white cumins seed - 1 teaspoon
 coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
 saunf - 1 teaspoon
oil - 4 tablespoon
 onion - 4 medium square chopped
 tomato - 3 medium chopped
 yogurt - 2 tablespoon
whole garam masala (cinnamon 3 inch,black pepper 1 teaspoon,long - 3 bay leave - 1)
 coal - 3 inch (for dam)
coriander leaves - quater bunch(for garnish)


 INSTRUCTION:
wash keema and add keema and boil in a pot add salt garlic,ginger,red chilli and cook for 20 minutes then add yogurt and tomato when water dreis add onion and oil in a keema cook for 10 minutes then(grand coriander,cumin,saunf,black pepper not fine grand)add in a keema then again cook it for 5 minutes put a burn coal on bread piece in keema 2drop oil on coal and covered it after 10 minutes remove coal from keema and add coriander leaves for garnish and serve with paratha...
