INGREDIENTS:
yogurt - 4 table spoon
oil - 1 cup
cumin seed - 1 tablespoon
turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
green chilli - 6 or 7
garlic - half small piece
salt - 1 tablespoon
onion - 2 medium chopped
ginger - 1 tablespoon
chicken - boneless 1 kg
coriander leaves chopped
INSTRUCTION:
heat the oil in a pan add salt and onion and fry onion to a golden brown.(grand fry onion,green chillies,garlic or cumins seed).put chicken in a pot add yogurt,ginger,salt and grand mixture in a chicken and mix well then add turmeric powder put all these mixture in a oil then cook it for 10 to 15 minutes now add water as required then cover it for 10 to 15 minutes when the water dries and chicken is tender again cook it for 15 minutes now remove from heat garnish with coriander leaves your chicken is ready to serve...
