INGREDIENTS:
moong - 1 cup washed
masoor - 1 cup washed
garlic - 5 pieces chopped
ginger - 1 inch chopped
salt - 1 tablespoon
red chilli - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
onion - 1 small chopped
tomato - 1 medium chopped
water as required
oil - 1/2 cup
INSTRUCTION:
heat a oil in a pot add garlic and ginger fry to a golden color now add tomato and cook and cover for 5 to 10 minutes until the tomatoes are tender and soft after that add water and moong masoor daal,red chilli,turneric,salt let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the daal tender now add lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes add garam masala and remove from flame.put a fry pan add oil and onion fry to golden brown and put onto the daal and cover it for 5 minutes garnish with coriander leaves....
