INGREDIENTS:
egg beaten - 5
flour - 9 tablespoon
sugar - 7 tablespoon
coco powder - 3 tablespoon
sweet dry milk - 1 tablespoon
water - 1 or 1 1/2 cup
butter - 1 kg
icing sugar - 5 tablespoon
cooking choclates - 1 kg
INSTRUCTION:
take a pan with stone on the stove preheat it to bake the cake.put a bowl add beaten egg and sugar beat till sugar gets dissolve add flour mix well with beater slowly add flour to the mixture while constantly beaten it add coco powder then mix them together it take 5 to 10 minutes for mix well.pour the mixture in container then put the container in the pan cover the pan for 10 to 20 minutes let the cake sponge rise cover the lid with almunium foil it keeps the sponge safe from water drop.now put the flame on medium then remove from the flame to check the sponge .add icing sugar and butter (add more coca powder if you want to more for icing)to drizzle and keep the sponge soft add milk and some water on it and mix well.when the sponge is ready take the container out of the pan leave the sponge carefully from container.use long knife to spread the icing and crush the cooking choclate in the cake...
