INGREDIENTS:
mutton in cubes
lentils (soak the lentils in water)
tomato chopped
onion chopped
ginger paste
garlic paste
red chilli powder
turmeric powder
oil
salt
green chilli
coriander leaves chopped
INSTRUCTION:
heat a oil in a pot add onion,ginger,garlic paste,mutton and water then cook for 10 minutes.when mutton become tender add salt,turmeric powder,red chiili powder,tomato,green chilli and cook again and add lentils in a meat cover and leave it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes now remove from flame then pour this over the dish and garnish with the coriander leaves delicious dalcha is ready to serve with hot rice...
