Aaloo parathas are best eaten with simple yogurt.aaloo parathas are really easy to cook..
INGREDIENTS:
potatoes - 1kg boiled
coriander leaves - half bunch chopped
green chillies - 4 or 5
red chilli - 1 teaspoon
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
garam masala powder - half teaspoon
wheat flour - as required
salt - 1 teaspoon
oil as required
INSTRUCTION:
prepared chapati dough and keep a side for half hour.take a boiled potato in a bowl and add (grand coriander leaves and green chilli),red chilli,cumin seeds,salt and garam masala powder then mashed potatoes. make two medium size chapati add the filling to the one chapati and cover it with another chapati.now roll it slightly and heat a oil in a tawa and place paratha over it on medium flame when one side is cooked turn it around and spread the oil around the paratha once the both sides cooked nicely remove the paratha from tawa and serve hot with simple yogurt
