- 1/2 kg keema
- 3-4 tablesp plain yogurt
- 3 tablesp. cooking oil
-1 1/2 tsp. Salt
-1 small tomato chopped
- 3 tbs. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 onion- 1 tsp. red chili powder
-half teasp turmeric
-3 green chilies
-fresh coriander leaves
INSTRUCTION :
heat a oil in a cooker add salt(grand tomato,ginger)add onion in oil and fry golden colour. then add tomato and ginger paste cooked under pressure for 5 or 10mins,then add keema and cooked it for 5 minx(add yogurt,garam masala,red chilli powder,turmeric again cooked it under a pressure cooker for 5 or 10 mins now remove from stove add coriander leaves for decoration.serve with paratha..
