INGREDIENT:
besan - 1cup
sugar - 3/4cup
ghee - 1/2 cup
milk - 1 cup
cardamon - 5 or 6
almond - 11 or 12 chopped
INSTRUCTION:
melt the ghee in a thick pan add besan and cook it on low flame until the besan turns golden colour.Add cardamon powder,milk and sugar.cook till the mixture turn into thick.stop cooking when besan leaves the ghee then add almond and serve it hot
