Aaloo ki tikki recipe

potato tikki is the easiest for cook if you really love potato must try it

INGREDIENTS:
potato - 1/2 kg(boiled)
 salt - 1/2 teaspoon
 red chilli - 1 teaspoon
 chinese salt - little bit
 coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
 green chilli - 2 or 3
 egg - 1 or 2
 oil as required

 INSTRUCTION: peel and boil the potatos add salt,red chilli,chinese salt and add (make the coriander leaves and green cchilli paste)and mix potato mixture well now make small cutlets of potato mixture and dip in egg fry the potato cutlets in a frying pan on medium flame till golden brown nw serve with ketchup,raita or chutneys....:)
