Green Chatni recipe

INGREDIENTS:
 green chilli - 5 or 6
 coconut - 1 teaspoon chopped
 coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch
 cumins- 1 teaspoon
 tamarind(imli) - 1 teaspoon(without seed)
 salt - 1/4 teaspoon (quater)
mint - half bunch

Chicken With Chapni recipes

INGREDIENTS:
oil - 1 cup
 tomato - 2
salt - 1 teaspoon
 green chilli - 3 or 4
 garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
 onion - 3 medium
 chicken - 1 kg
garam masala powder - half teaspoon
 red chilli - 1 teaspoon
 turmeric powder - half teaspoon
 water - 2 cup
 chapni - half kg
 coriander leaves - chopped

 INSTRUCTION: heat a oil in pan add onion and garlic paste fry onion to a golden color.add green chillies and tomato cook for 5 minutes(add turmeric powder,red chili,garam masala,salt) then add water put cover continue cooking.when the water dries add chicken fry for 5 minutes then add chapni cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame in ending add coriander leaves and remove from flame and serve with rotii or rice....

Aaloo ki tikki recipe

potato tikki is the easiest for cook if you really love potato must try it

INGREDIENTS:
potato - 1/2 kg(boiled)
 salt - 1/2 teaspoon
 red chilli - 1 teaspoon
 chinese salt - little bit
 coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
 green chilli - 2 or 3
 egg - 1 or 2
 oil as required

 INSTRUCTION: peel and boil the potatos add salt,red chilli,chinese salt and add (make the coriander leaves and green cchilli paste)and mix potato mixture well now make small cutlets of potato mixture and dip in egg fry the potato cutlets in a frying pan on medium flame till golden brown nw serve with ketchup,raita or chutneys....:)

Aaloo Ki Katlian recipe

if you love potato and feel so hungry try this recipe its really easy to cook just ready in 15 to 20 minutes...

 INGREDIENT:
 oil - 3 or 4 tablespoon
 salt - half tablespoon
 red chilli - 1teaspoon
 turmeric powder - half teaspoon
 cumins - half teaspoon
 potato - 3 medium size cut into small pieces (triangle shape)
 green chilli - 3 or 4
 tomato - 2 normal chopped

  INSTRUCTION: Heat oil in pan add salt and potato fry it for 5 minutes then add turmeric powder,red chilli cumins,tomato and green chilli then cover it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame now remove from flame and serve it with paratha and bread

Chicken pulao recipe

INGREDIENTS: rice - 3cup
 onion - 6 medium chopped
 chicken - half kg(small slice}
 Garam masala - 3clove,11 black pepper,2 cinnamon,1 bay leave,1 cardamom}
 yogurt - 4 tbspoon
 salt - 1 1/2 spoon
green chilli - 5
 oil - 1 cup
 ginger - 1 inch chopped
garlic paste - 1 tbspoon




INSTRUCTION: heat the oil add salt and chopped onion fry onion till the colour changes to light brown then add garlic paste,ginger and whole garam masala.add chicken pieces cooked on medium flame for 5 or 10 minutes till its turn in light golden add yougurt and again cook.add 4 to 5 cup water and bring to boil then add rice.stir until the oil is coated around the grain of rice add kewra 2 drop just for nice fragrance then cover and cook it on medium flame after 1o minutes turn rice into different direction...

Besan ka Halwa recipe

INGREDIENT:
 besan - 1cup
sugar - 3/4cup
 ghee - 1/2 cup
milk - 1 cup
cardamon  - 5 or 6
almond - 11 or 12 chopped


 INSTRUCTION: melt the ghee in a thick pan add besan and cook it on low flame until the besan turns golden colour.Add cardamon powder,milk and sugar.cook till the mixture turn into thick.stop cooking when besan leaves the ghee then add almond and serve it hot

Chicken Karhai Recipe

Heat oil in a pot and fry onions to a golden color,now add chicken and garlic paste then cooked for 5minutes (add ginger pieces,salt red chilli powder,garam masala,tumeric powder again cooked thn add tomatoes cook on low heat till the water from the tomatoes have dried then put Cover and continue cooking. When the water dries and chicken is tender add the cumin powder,green chillies cooked for 5 min then add Coriander and remove from heat serve with nans.

 Ingredients :
 -1 kg. chicken cut into normal sized pieces
- 1 tablesp. garlic paste
- 2 medium onion chopped
- 4 green chilies, cut into half pieces
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablesp red chilii
- half teasp. garam masala
-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup oil
- 3inch ginger chopped into small pieces
- half teasp turmeric powder
-1 teasp. cumins


Special Beef/ Mutton Keema Recipe

INGREDIENTS :


- 1/2 kg keema
- 3-4 tablesp plain yogurt
- 3 tablesp. cooking oil
-1 1/2 tsp. Salt 
-1 small tomato chopped
- 3 tbs. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 onion
-half teasp turmeric
-3 green chilies
-fresh coriander leaves


INSTRUCTION :

heat a oil in a cooker add salt(grand tomato,ginger)add onion in oil and fry golden colour. then add tomato and ginger paste cooked under pressure for 5 or 10mins,then add keema and cooked it for 5 minx(add yogurt,garam masala,red chilli powder,turmeric again cooked it under a pressure cooker for 5 or 10 mins now remove from stove add coriander leaves for decoration.serve with paratha..
