Anday Aaloo Ka Salan Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
egg - 4 or 5 boiled
potato - 3 medium
onion - 2 medium
salt = 1 tablespoon
red chilli - 1 tablespoon
turmeric powder - 1 or half teaspoon
oil - 1 cup
garlic/ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
tomato - 1 large chopped
garam masala - 1 teaspoon
coriander leaves - chopped
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
blackpepper - 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTION:
put Onion,salt,tomato,cumin seed,red chili and turmeric powder and water in a blender.heat the oil in a pot add grinded mixture,black pepper,garlic and ginger paste and water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.then add potato and coriander leaves again cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and soft.in the ending add eggs and garam masala and remove from from flame...serve with paratha

  1. This was an excellent recipe! The version I typically make is yogurt based but because I did not have any on hand, I had to find another recipe. This one was perfect! My family loved this version more than the version I've been making for the past 15yrs. Thank you for the recipe!
