How To Make Kadhi Recipe




INGREDIENTS:

FOR KADHI:
besan - half kg
yogurt - 2 cup
green chilies - 3 or 4
 red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
turmeric powder = 1/2 teaspoon
salt - 2 teaspoon
water as required
ginger - 2 inch grand
garam masala - half teaspoon

FOR TARDKA: 
onion - 2 medium chopped
cumin seed - half teaspoon
oil - 3 tablespoon

FOR PAKORE:
soda - half teaspoon
coriander powder - half teaspoon
besan - half kg
water as required
green chillies - 3 or 4 chopped
coriander leaves - 1 bunch chopped
onion - 2 medium chopped
red chilli - 1 teaspoon
salt as required
turmeric powder - halt teaspoon
oil for frying

INSTRUCTION: 
add all ingredient of kadhi in a heavy pot and mix well.
make sure there are no lumps.
now add 4 or 5 cup water stir it continuously with the spoon until it starts boiling.
cook this mixture for about half hour.
take a fry pan heat a oil for tardka add onion fry to a golden brown colour,add cumin seed.
cook for 5 minutes. pour this into the kadhi and cover it for 5 minutes.
after one or two boil, low the flame and stir continuously for 15 to 10 minutes.
now mix all pakora ingredients and beat well take a pot heat oil for frying
drop one by one baisan mixture small balls using tablespoon.
fry until golden brown colour and put into the kadhi.
serve hot with white rice and crunchy pakore

Chicken And Potato Curry Recipe

INGREDIENTS
chicken = half kg washed
potato - half kg
tomato - 2 chopped
green chilli - 3 or 4 chopped
garlic - 5 pieces grand
ginger - 1 inch grand
oil - 1/2 cup
onion - 2 or 3 medium
red chilli - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon


INSTRUCTION:
heat a oil in a pot add onion fry to a golden colour.now add tomato,garlic,ginger,green chilli,red chilli powder,turmeric and salt cook and cover for 5 to 10 minutes until the tomatoes are tender add half cup water and cook again for 5 minutes now add chicken and cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is half cook add potato after 10 minutes add 2 or 3 cups water and cover it for 15 to 20 minutes now sparkle the garam masala and remove from flame garnish with coriander leaves....

INGREDIENTS:
moong - 1 cup washed
masoor - 1 cup washed
garlic - 5 pieces chopped
ginger - 1 inch chopped
salt - 1 tablespoon
red chilli - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
onion - 1 small chopped
tomato - 1 medium chopped
water as required

heat a oil in a pot add garlic and ginger fry to a golden color now add tomato and cook and cover for 5 to 10 minutes until the tomatoes are tender and soft after that add water and moong masoor daal,red chilli,turneric,salt let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the daal tender now add lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes add garam masala and remove from flame.put a fry pan add oil and onion fry to golden brown and put onto the daal and cover it for 5 minutes garnish with coriander leaves....

Anday Aaloo Ka Salan Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
egg - 4 or 5 boiled
potato - 3 medium
onion - 2 medium
salt = 1 tablespoon
red chilli - 1 tablespoon
turmeric powder - 1 or half teaspoon
oil - 1 cup
garlic/ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
tomato - 1 large chopped
garam masala - 1 teaspoon
coriander leaves - chopped
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
blackpepper - 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTION:
put Onion,salt,tomato,cumin seed,red chili and turmeric powder and water in a blender.heat the oil in a pot add grinded mixture,black pepper,garlic and ginger paste and water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.then add potato and coriander leaves again cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and soft.in the ending add eggs and garam masala and remove from from flame...serve with paratha

Simple Khatti Masoor Ki Daal And Rice Recipe

Its really easy,simple and delicious recipe of daal you all love ittttttt....




INGREDIENTS:
lentils(masoor ki daal) - 1 cup washed
salt - 1 teaspoon
red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
tomato - 1 chopped
water 2 cups
lemon - half
coriander leaves - half bunch chopped

 for tarka: 
cumin seeds(zeera) - halt teaspoon
whole red chili - 3 or 4
oil - 4 tablespoon
garlic - 3 or 4 chopped

for rice:
water - 4 cup
salt - 1 teaspoon
rice - 2 cup
oil - 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTION:
take a pot add daal,water,red chili powder,turmeric,garam masala and tomato.let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the daal tender.add lemon juice in it and some water cook for 10 minutes.when the daal is neither thick nor too much liquidy now remove from flame after that heat a oil in a fry pan add garlic pieces,whole red chili and cumin cook for 5 minutes then put onto the daal and cover it for 5 minutes.pour the daal in a bowl and serve it with simple rice and green chatni .garnish with corainder leaves..


for rice:
boil  the water in a pot add rice,oil and salt allow the rice to boil.uncovered until almost of the water has evoprated for 10 to 15 minutes stir the rice and cover it and reduces a flame to low after 5 to 10 minutes remove fvrom the stove and pour in the bowl.serve it hot

Special Chapli Kabab Recipe







INGREDIENTS:
keema(mince) - 1 kg washed
namak(salt) - 1 teaspoon
sabut dhania/zeera(coriander and cumin seeds grand) - 1teaspoon
 anar dana(pomegranate seed) - 1 tablespoon
adrak/lehas(ginger/garlic paste) - 1 tablespoon
laal mirch(red chili powder) - 1 tablespoon
 tomato chopped - 1 large
 pyaas(onion)chopped - 1 medium
 hari mirch(green chilli)chopped - 3 or 4
 garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
corainder leaves/mint- 1 bunch chopped
 egg - 2

 INSTRUCTION:
take a mince in a big bowl add all spices and ingredients and mix well leave for marinate 15 to 2o minutes.take a small ball of mince in your hand.roll it to form a smooth ball then place uour palm on the ball and keep pressing till it is in the form of round shape patties the thickness of the patties shoulb be about 1/2 inch.heat a oil in a pan and fry the kabab in the oil until brown.serve it with green chatni,raita and roti....

milk - 1 litre
seviyan - 50 gram boiled
sugar - as required
almond - 2 tablespoon
pistachios = 2 tablespoon
dates - half cup

How To Make A Choclate Cake On Stove

INGREDIENTS:
 egg beaten - 5
 flour - 9 tablespoon
sugar - 7 tablespoon
 coco powder - 3 tablespoon
 sweet dry milk - 1 tablespoon
 water - 1 or 1 1/2 cup
 butter - 1 kg
 icing sugar - 5 tablespoon
 cooking choclates - 1 kg





INSTRUCTION: take a pan with stone on the stove preheat it to bake the cake.put a bowl add beaten egg and sugar beat till sugar gets dissolve add flour mix well with beater slowly add flour to the mixture while constantly beaten it add coco powder then mix them together it take 5 to 10 minutes for mix well.pour the mixture in container then put the container in the pan cover the pan for 10 to 20 minutes let the cake sponge rise cover the lid with almunium foil it keeps the sponge safe from water drop.now put the flame on medium then remove from the flame to check the sponge .add icing sugar and butter (add more coca powder if you want to more for icing)to drizzle and keep the sponge soft add milk and some water on it and mix well.when the sponge is ready take the container out of the pan leave the sponge carefully from container.use long knife to spread the icing and crush the cooking choclate in the cake...

 red chilli - 1 teaspoon
 cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
garam masala powder - half teaspoon
 wheat flour - as required

prepared chapati dough and keep a side for half hour.take a boiled potato in a bowl and add (grand coriander leaves and green chilli),red chilli,cumin seeds,salt and garam masala powder then mashed potatoes. make two medium size chapati add the filling to the one chapati and cover it with another chapati.now roll it slightly and heat a oil in a tawa and place paratha over it on medium flame when one side is cooked turn it around and spread the oil around the paratha once the both sides cooked nicely remove the paratha from tawa and serve hot with simple yogurt

INGREDIENT:
keema - 1 kg
 ginger - 1 tablespoon chopped
 garlic - 1 tablespoon chopped
red chilli - 5 (not powder)
 green chilli - 10 to 15 chopped
white cumins seed - 1 teaspoon
 coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
 saunf - 1 teaspoon
oil - 4 tablespoon
 onion - 4 medium square chopped
 tomato - 3 medium chopped
 yogurt - 2 tablespoon
whole garam masala (cinnamon 3 inch,black pepper 1 teaspoon,long - 3 bay leave - 1)
 coal - 3 inch (for dam)
coriander leaves - quater bunch(for garnish)

wash keema and add keema and boil in a pot add salt garlic,ginger,red chilli and cook for 20 minutes then add yogurt and tomato when water dreis add onion and oil in a keema cook for 10 minutes then(grand coriander,cumin,saunf,black pepper not fine grand)add in a keema then again cook it for 5 minutes put a burn coal on bread piece in keema 2drop oil on coal and covered it after 10 minutes remove coal from keema and add coriander leaves for garnish and serve with paratha...
